Refund and cancellation policy
Delivery
Paid plans are digital. Your monthly word allowance is added to your account as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Account, then Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
Refund eligibility
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once access is provided. We issue or consider a refund when the law requires it, when a duplicate or incorrect charge happened, or when a documented failure of the Service kept you from using what you paid for. A rewrite that fails is never charged: its words return to your balance automatically.
How to ask
Email support@chatgptwatermark.app with the charge date, the amount and a short explanation. Do not send card details. We answer within 14 days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; bank and card-network times apply.
